Please note that items must be unused, in the same condition when you received them, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Please be aware that we require proof of purchase to complete your return. This could be a receipt or confirmation email with order details. After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). Upon approval, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference.

Your refund will then be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for gift cards, intimate clothing, swimwear, and discounted items as well.
